If you are planning on travelling distance to attractions, we would recommend that you contact the venues directly in advance to avoid disappointment.
If you, or any of your party have a new persistant cough, or develop a fever of 38C, we would instead advise you to use the NHS's dedicated website for professional advice.
A series of displays tells the story of Brunel's world-famous bridge from the dream of a Bristol merchant in c1754 to completion in c1864. First designs for the bridge by a number of engineers are displayed plus details of how the bridge works today. Also on display are china, glass and wooden souvenirs dating from Victorian times and selection from the centre's 1,000 postcards. The centre also features a 4-metre scale model of the bridge, an interactive bridge for children, a childrens' room and souvenir shop.
